Bond and Agreement with Management
There is one year bond of service for all. General Nursing Certificate is issued to successful candidates only after they have completed the full course of one year bond of service in any one of the hospitals decided by the management. Each students is expected to sign an agreement to this effect. In the event of failure to execute this bond of service due to any severe reason the student should pay Rs. 25,000/- to the institution.

As the course is recognised by both the State Nursing and Indian Nursing Council, certificates issued to the successful candidate can be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council of any State in India and enable the nurse to practice as an ‘A’ Grade Registered Nurse and Midwife.


Vacation

Students are eligible for one month (30 days) leave annually. This arranged according to the Hospital and convenience of the Institution.

Sick Leave
1. Students are entitled to avail of ten days leave per annum on medical ground if needed which has to be certified by a Registered Medical Practitioner authorized by the Institution.

2. Any leave taken over and above this has to be made up by the student after the completion of every year.

Hostel Regulation
1. All students who are residents in the hostel shall be under the direct supervision of the incharge of the hostel or the Warden.
2. Students are allowed to go out once a month for shopping and be back by 6.00 pm Visitors are allowed only on Saturdays between 2 pm & 5 pm.
3. Hostel admission is done only after payment of caution deposit & one month mess advance.
4. The hostel warden has the authority to check the rooms & one month mess advance.
5. No student will be permitted to stay outside the hostel with relatives or friends.
6. When a student is ill, should inform to sister-in-charge/Tutor/Warden.
7. Relatives and friends are not permitted to visit the students during duty hours. Arrival from a distant place\will not entitle a visiting relative to see the student during her/his duty unless it is very urgent.
8. Ragging in all forms is banned as it is treated as a cognizable offence. Any student found guilty of ragging will be suspended and or dismissed at the discretion of the management.
9. Taking or administering any harmful drug, not authorised by competent authority is strictly forbidden. In order to curb any such tendency amongst the students, it has been decided that any student found in possession of any unauthorized by competent drugs will be summarily DISMISSED.
10. If any individual is incapable of peaceful collaboration with other inmates, hostel accommodation will be withdrawn.
11. Student shall strictly adhere to the rules and regulation which may be laid down from time to time by the school authorities.
12. Hostel fees & mess fees should be paid before 5th of each month. A fine of Rs. 5/- Per day has to be paid if paid after 5th
13. Non payment of hostel fees for two consecutive months attracts removal from hostel.

Withhrawal & Dismissal
If any student decides to withdraw voluntarily from the course after the admission or before the completing the course, the student pay fees fixed by the management. The Institution has the right to dismiss/suspend any student whose work or conduct is not found satisfactory during the period of course.
